This sterile Xeroform petrolatum gauze dressing helps clinicians and caregivers cover wounds that drain little or not at all while keeping them moist.
Lay it directly on the wound as the first layer, then add a secondary dressing on top. The fine mesh is loaded with roughly 3 times its weight in a petrolatum blend plus 3% Xeroform, a deodorizing agent, so it clings and conforms while letting small amounts of drainage pass through. It suits cuts, abrasions, minor or partial thickness burns, suture wounds, and skin graft sites.
