This zinc oxide Unna boot bandage gives clinicians and home care nurses a soothing, mild-compression wrap for lower-leg care.
It is designed to give mild compression for conditions such as venous stasis leg ulcers, lymphatic edema, and thrombophlebitis, as well as sprains, strains, and dislocations. The knit spreads the zinc oxide paste evenly, and the paste helps keep the person comfortable. Thread-locked gauze resists raveling, and finished edges help keep fibers out of the wound.
