Description
These instant hot packs offer soothing warmth for arthritis aches and stiff joints, with no microwave or outlet required.
Bend the small metal disc inside back and forth to start the heat, then knead the pack to spread it. The soft nonwoven cover can rest directly on the skin, so you do not need a separate cover or ties to hold it. Rounded corners make it more comfortable to lay over a shoulder, knee or hand.
