The surgical N95 is designed to help capture particles in the air as small as 0.3 microns, and it is rated ASTM F2100 Level 3 for fluid resistance, so it suits procedures with moderate to heavy fluid, spray or aerosol. Adjustable nose and chin wires shape a breathing space that sits off the nose and mouth, and smooth cellulose facings keep it breathable through long wear.
