This hot and cold gel pack kit lets people recovering at home hold soothing heat or cold right on a sore shoulder, hip, knee, or ankle.
Warm the gel packs in the microwave or freeze them for two hours, then slip them into the pockets of the wrap. Elastic straps fasten with hook-and-loop to keep the pack in place, so the user can rest without holding it. Each pack has 12 sealed chambers that keep the gel spread evenly and bendable straight from the freezer.
